Fatalistic Fortune, Ever near the end; Love goes on But time will not return again.
The small, slender she-cat padded towards the bridge, deep amber eyes flickering around her. She shouldn't be out her alone, not on her first day of being an apprentice. Especially not that she hadn't even had a training session with Snowfang. Mirrorpaw shivered and stopped short at the bridge. It's broken edges made her sad, and she placed a tentative paw on the splintered wood.
The bridge creeked beneath her, daring to break. Mirrorpaw flinched away, but kept her paw on it. She tested her front weight for a moment, and then crept onto it. She sucked in a sharp breath of relief when it didn't break from her weight. She gave her chest fur a few licks and looked out over the edge. The creek, dark now with muck and twoleg poison, slithered along the steep banks. She shivered once more and looked away, closing her eyes.

GalaxyPa had been sent out ot check the ordors by the river by his mother. She wanted him to try out being alone to see how it would act with him.He sniffed about and to surprise found a familler scent. He stepped out of the bracken to see MirrorPaw sitting on a splintered bridge. He was caught for a moment by her beauty shining in the light. He then, shook his head and made his way towards the edge of the bridge.
"...Allo MirrorPaw....What are you doing here...?"He murmered, surprised and slightly happy to know that he found her first then anyone else.

Mirrorpaw's eyes flew open as a familiar scent hit her glands. Her ears angled in that direction and she stood to see Galaxypaw. Her eyes grew slightly dazed for a moment; she drank in his husky scent, memorized every line of his handsome face. She purred faintly.
"I'm not really sure, Galaxypaw," she replied in a murmur, her soft voice louder now that she was more comfortable with him. That, however, did not stop the inevitable buttterflies in her stomach.

GalaxyPaw gave her a playful smirk. He moved foreward and once he was sure his weight was not going to make the wood break and make them fall, he turned back towards her.
"Well now...Lets see if we can find somethin to do...Want to ghelp me go check the bordor along htis side...?"He asked slwoly, touching his tail tip to her shoulder and smikring towards her friendily.

Mirrorpaw cuffed his ear and trotted a little way along the bridge. "I suppose," she meowed, as if she had better things to do. She shot him a playful glance, flicking her tail as she did so.

GalaxyPaw forned at her reaction.Didn't she always have fun with him? Then he saw her smile and her smirked, standing up and walking past her easily.
"Lets go then..."He murmered as he started going up river.

Mirrorpaw followed him. It wasn't as easy for her, since she was new to the whole 'apprentice' thing, and she stumbled several times. Eventually, she caught up with him, but just as she was, the ground beneath her broke away. Her paws slipped at the muck, her tail lashing as she clenched her teeth with concentration. Below her, the water ebbed at her hindquaters, making her shiver as she struggled to gain her footing.

GalaxyPaw smiled and didn't help her when she stumbled. She had to llearn to keep her footing, but his eyes widended as she slid. His teeth grabbed onto her scruff as she alsmot slid. She felt her shiver and he pulled her u, but because of the mud, she ended up landing on top him with him on his back.He gave a hiss of pain and opened his eyes to be starting straight into MirrorPaw's beautiful face.
"Oh!Sorry!!"He mewed.

Mirrorpaw stumbled again, feeling heat rise to her fur. She quickly gave her chest fur a few licks. "Are you alright? I didn't mean to hurt you, I swear, I almost had myself up, but the mud was really slippery, and-" Mirrorpaw shut her mouth. It was no use; Galaxypaw probably hated her now because of this.

"It wasn't your fault, it was mine, I was just so clumsy and I didn't watch where I was going and then the river and I could've done better but I didn't..." She was rambling again, and she was very selfconcious. She padded away a few steps, looking extremely uncomfortable and embarassed. How could she ever amount to what Galaxypaw would want in a mate?

GalaxyPaw stared at her for a moment, watching her ramble on about her so called 'Imperfections'.He shook his head and touched her shoulder with his tail tip.
"It as my fault...I should have kept you on the inland side...This is your first day as an Apprentice and I know that it was my fault, not yours..."The intensity ofh is eyes stared straight into her eyes, watching her and trying to encourage her that it was not her fault.

Mirrorpaw stopped and looked at him, of his lovely face, of his chiseled features. Why couldn't she ever be what he wanted? She sighed. "You don't understand, Galaxypaw. It wasn't your fault, and since you insist... It wasn't mine, either." She stared back at him with dark eyes, sad and clouded, knowing that another she-cat would make him happier than she would.

GalaxyPaw stared blankly at her dark eyes, criosuity sparking in his eyes once he saw the sad look she gave him.
"Whats the matter..?"He murmered so quietly, it was as if he was whispering in her ear.

Mirrorpaw shook her head. "It's not important to you," she replied in a murmur, looking away. "We should probably get going. We don't want to lag."
