The ever unpredictable Applepaw was still stuck with her mouse under her back foot, quirming for freedom. "Hm. Maybe I'll sit on it..." And she tried just that. She sat on it just as she would anywhere else, but this was meaningful sitting. The mouse, still under her suffocating, was starting to give up. She just tried to look like she had caught the mouse that right way in the first place...

Applepaw smiled with satisfaction when she felt the mouse stop squirming. She stood and picked it up by the tail, quite proud of her catch.

Slashpelt dipped his head again, this time in leaving. He would like to watch Applepaw again, although he would never admit it. He was going to go back and bring the prey he had burried to camp. So with that he turned around and padded away.

Applepaw dug a hole, scraping at the soil with her claws. She put her first catch into the hole and covered it up. "Where are we gunna go first?" She asked.

Applepaw raised her head and smelled the air that was brought to her in the slightest wind. completely ready to spring on any unfamiliar cat that may come by. She had no i dea that the Riverclan cats weren't gaurding their borders every second of the day.

Applepaw nodded and sniffed the air, picking up every detail about the unfamiliar smell coming from the territory across from her. It was sweet, but salty at the same time, and, somehow, it smelled cold. She nodded, pretty sure this scent would be hard to forget.
